Welcome to PureFoodCorner. These Terms govern your use of our website (https://www.purefoodcorner.com), purchases at our market, and our subscription and delivery services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We operate an organic grocery market at 50 W 4th St, New York, NY 10012, USA and offer harvest box subscriptions, grocery delivery, custom market runs, and related services. Offerings and current prices are listed on our Market page; because our stock follows the harvest, specific items, substitutions, and prices change week to week.

2. Orders and subscriptions

  • Box subscriptions renew weekly and can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime before the weekly packing cutoff (Wednesday 6 PM ET) via the link in any email from us.
  • Changes after the cutoff apply to the following week.
  • We may substitute items of equal or greater value when a harvest falls short; persistent preferences ("never" items) are always honored.

3. Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and a safe drop location; boxes left as instructed are your responsibility after drop-off. Perishables should be refrigerated promptly.

4. Payments, refunds & quality guarantee

  • Payment is charged at packing. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never store them.
  • If any item arrives damaged or below our standard, tell us within 48 hours and we will credit or refund it — no photos required.
  • First-time box subscribers: if you're not happy with your first box, we refund it in full.

5. Product information

We label origin, farm, and certification status honestly and to the best of our knowledge. Product availability, appearance, and nutritional characteristics vary naturally with season and farm. Food allergen information is provided where available; if you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering — our packing area handles nuts, gluten, and dairy.

6. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access others' data, or scrape content. Site content (text, photography, recipes) is owned by PureFoodCorner and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. The site is provided "as is"; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the website or services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
